At Shiv’s Virtual Assistants, we strive to provide high-quality services to meet your business needs. We understand that there may be occasions where you require a refund for services rendered. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be provided.

2. General Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.

Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are generally issued under the following circumstances:

  • Services were not provided as agreed upon in the service agreement.
  • Significant errors or deficiencies in the delivered work that cannot be rectified.
  • Services were cancelled before commencement.

3. Conditions for Refunds

Notification: To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of the service delivery date or the discovery of the issue. Please provide detailed information regarding the reason for the refund request.

Review and Resolution: Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the details and may request additional information or clarification. We aim to resolve all refund requests within 14 business days.

Refund Processing: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment within 7 business days of the approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Services that have been fully completed and delivered as per the service agreement.
  • Services where the client has approved the work or expressed satisfaction.
  • Custom or personalized services that have been specifically tailored to your requirements.
  • Administrative or setup fees.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if part of the service was completed satisfactorily, but other parts were not. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the proportion of work completed and the issues identified.

6. Cancellation Policy

Before Commencement: If you wish to cancel a service before it has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable administrative fees.

After Commencement: If you cancel a service after it has commenced but before completion, a prorated refund may be issued based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
