1. Introduction

2. Services Provided

Shiv’s Virtual Assistants offers a range of virtual assistant services including, but not limited to:

• Data Entry & Typing
• Excel / Google Spreadsheet Work
• Internet Research & Report Creation
• Customer Service
• Email & Newsletter Management
• Appointment Setting & Calendar Management
• Travel Management & Ticket Booking
• Miscellaneous Tasks

3. Service Terms

• Scope of Work: The scope of work will be agreed upon before the commencement of services. Any changes or additional tasks will require mutual agreement and may incur additional charges.
• Confidentiality: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Any data shared with us will be used solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.
• Communication: Clear and timely communication is essential. Clients must provide necessary information and feedback promptly to ensure efficient service delivery.

4. Payment Terms

• Rates: Our rates are based on the type and scope of services required. Specific pricing details will be provided upon request or as outlined in the service agreement.
• Invoices: Invoices will be issued as per the agreed billing cycle (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified.
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges. Continuous late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Termination

• Termination by Client: Clients may terminate the service agreement with a 14-day written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date will be invoiced and must be paid in full.
• Termination by Shiv’s Virtual Assistants: We reserve the right to terminate the service agreement with a 14-day written notice for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, breach of terms, or unethical behavior.

6. Liability

• Limitation of Liability: Shiv’s Virtual Assistants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
• Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold Shiv’s Virtual Assistants harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from the client’s use of our services.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after modifications will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
